Our Satisfied Customers

Tile Perfection was recommended to us by a friend. Immediately my husband, Greg, spoke with Scott. There was something about Scott that gives you a comfortable ease that he is not just any other contractor coming to your home to see how much money he could get from you or how long he could drag out the job. No, no.

Scott is all about the business of finding out what the customer wants, making sure he and the customer are on the same page of expectation, creating a good dialog of how much the job would cost, what materials, designs, and expertise are needed, and how long it would take to complete the job. Scott communicates everything in writing in advance before the job begins. To my husband’s amazement, Scott not only completed the job on time, he kept his work area clean and professional. The initial job we had for Tile Perfection was to tile our downstairs floors. We were so pleased with the job that they did, we had them complete our kitchen floors, upstairs floors, our kitchen counter-tops and backsplash, wet bar area counter-tops and backsplash, and 3 bathroom countertops.

We have recommended Tile Perfection to some of our friends. At least one has called us and raved about the work that Tile Perfection did. We will use Scott and his company again in the future and will continue to recommend him to anyone who loves their home and wants an efficient, professional, predictable and reasonably priced tile job done. Very content Customers,

Violet and Greg Wade
